Cancellation Policy

At RegenClinic, we value your time and the time of our practitioners. To provide the highest level of care and ensure appointment availability for all patients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy:

24-Hour Notice Required
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged 100% of the full visit fee. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other clients seeking care.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone (250-208-4218) or email (hello@regenclinic.ca) during business hours. Cancellations are not considered confirmed until you receive a response from our team.
